We want Recruit Board to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, meaningful labels, and respecting reduced-motion preferences.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas — such as the interactive map and dense data views — may not yet fully meet our target, and we are working to improve them.
