Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Recruit Board (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Recruit Board. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

The Service

Recruit Board is a personal tool that helps you organize your college athletic recruiting — tracking schools, comparing fit, cost, and distance, and keeping notes on coach outreach. It is an organizational tool only. We do not contact coaches on your behalf, and we do not guarantee recruitment, admission, scholarships, or any athletic or academic outcome.

Your account

• You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information.
• You can delete your account anytime from Settings; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights using the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
• Upload malicious code or misuse another person’s information.

Content you add

Your board, notes, and preferences are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you in order to operate the Service. School facts shown in the app come from public and third-party sources and are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. School data, drive times, tuition figures, and test-score information are estimates and may be inaccurate or out of date; verify anything important directly with the school.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruit Board and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on information in the Service.

Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
